Akinyinka Omigbodun is a Nigerian professor of Gynecology and Obstetrics. He obtained a bachelor's degree (M.B.B. S) in medicine with distinction from the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan in June 1980. Following the completion of the compulsory one year Youth service in Nigeria, he began his residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1982.
